Bright and colourful two-storey outlet will serve a series of handmade delicacies, sweet treats and delicious drinks, using the finest and freshest “nam dok mai” mangoes imported from a network of organic fruit farms in Thailand
Exquisine Global, the international ambassador of Thai cuisine and successful franchisor of Mango Tree, COCA Restaurants and Yenly Yours around the world, has introduced a fresh new café concept to Vietnam with the launch of the country’s first Yenly Yours mango dessert and smoothie bar in Hanoi.
Perfectly positioned in the capital city’s popular Hoan Kiem district, also known as the Old Quarter, the new Yenly Yours café is surrounded by shops and visitor attractions, including the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and the weekend night market. This will give the outlet a high potential footfall, including local residents and international visitors.
This bright and inviting café will be charmingly intimate, covering just 50 square metres and featuring up to 40 seats across two floors. Customers will be able to come and grab a selection of light bites, sweet treats and cool drinks, all created onsite using the finest “nam dok mai” mangoes (also known as “Thai golden honey mangoes”), sustainably sourced from a cooperative network of Asian fruit farms. Eat-in and takeaway options are available.
The mouth-watering menu will comprise a wide range of cool mango-based beverages and delicious desserts. Signature dishes in Hanoi will include “Forever Mango with Sago”, a super-fresh mango smoothie with ripe mango and mango jelly, “Forever Mango with Coconut and Sago”, which combines the timeless tropical flavours of mango and coconut, and the famous Thai dessert of “Mango Sticky Rice”.
Following the launch of this inaugural outlet in Hanoi, Exquisine Global now plans to roll out a nationwide portfolio of Yenly Yours branches all across Vietnam, reaching at least 50 locations in the coming years.
Bright and inviting, the Yenly Yours café in Hanoi’s Old Quarter will feature up to 40 seats across two floors
“We are delighted to bring Yenly Yours to Vietnam for the first time with this fantastic café in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. This innovative brand is fun, fresh and informal, appealing to young and young-at-heart customers in Asia. With its focus on organic fruit, imported directly from a network of farms in Thailand, Yenly Yours will also cater to the fast-growing trend for health-conscious, farm-to-table dining among affluent millennials. I am confident that this sustainable concept will become popular among local residents and visitors alike,” said Trevor MacKenzie, Managing Director of Exquisine Global.
