Ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh hen n\u1eb7ng ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ed1i m\u1eb7t v\u1edbi nguy c\u01a1 nh\u1eadp vi\u1ec7n c\u1ea5p c\u1ee9u cao g\u1ea5p 10 l\u1ea7n v\u00e0 nguy c\u01a1 t\u1eed vong cao g\u1ea5p \u0111\u00f4i so v\u1edbi hen nh\u1eb9 v\u00e0 trung b\u00ecnh [4],[5]. Th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c c\u00e0ng tr\u1edf n\u00ean ph\u1ee9c t\u1ea1p khi nhi\u1ec1u b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n bu\u1ed9c ph\u1ea3i ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c d\u00e0i h\u1ea1n v\u00e0o corticosteroid \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng u\u1ed1ng (OCS) \u0111\u1ec3 duy tr\u00ec ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t b\u1ec7nh, m\u1ed9t gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p t\u00ecnh th\u1ebf k\u00e9o theo c\u00e1c t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ee5 nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng: lo\u00e3ng x\u01b0\u01a1ng, \u0111\u00e1i th\u00e1o \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, \u0111\u1ee5c th\u1ee7y tinh th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng tim m\u1ea1ch [6],[7]. N\u00f3i c\u00e1ch kh\u00e1c, ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh \u0111ang ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u00e1nh \u0111\u1ed5i s\u1ef1 s\u1ed1ng c\u00f2n tr\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1eaft b\u1eb1ng s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe to\u00e0n th\u00e2n v\u1ec1 l\u00e2u d\u00e0i.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u0110\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n th\u1ef1c h\u00f3a m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau \u0111\u00f3, khoa h\u1ecdc c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng \u1edf t\u1ea7ng s\u00e2u h\u01a1n. Tezepelumab ra \u0111\u1eddi v\u1edbi c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t: thay v\u00ec ch\u1ec9 nh\u1eafm v\u00e0o c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t trung gian \u1edf h\u1ea1 ngu\u1ed3n v\u1ed1n ch\u1ec9 x\u1eed l\u00fd t\u1eebng nh\u00e1nh c\u1ee7a d\u00f2ng th\u00e1c vi\u00eam, li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1p sinh h\u1ecdc n\u00e0y \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp TSLP \u2013 cytokine bi\u1ec3u m\u00f4 \u0111\u00f3ng vai tr\u00f2 kh\u1edfi ph\u00e1t t\u1ea1i “th\u01b0\u1ee3ng ngu\u1ed3n” c\u1ee7a to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 chu\u1ed7i ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng vi\u00eam \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng th\u1edf.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00dd ngh\u0129a l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng c\u1ee7a c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng thu\u1ed1c sinh h\u1ecdc m\u1edbi l\u00e0 s\u00e2u r\u1ed9ng: \u1ee8c ch\u1ebf TSLP ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng vi\u00eam v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3m t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t k\u1ecbch ph\u00e1t b\u1ea5t k\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3u h\u00ecnh b\u1ec7nh hay m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 d\u1ea5u \u1ea5n sinh h\u1ecdc, m\u1edf ra kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb cho ph\u1ed5 r\u1ed9ng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n hen n\u1eb7ng [10][11]. V\u1edbi \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf TSLP, lui b\u1ec7nh l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng l\u00e0 m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
