The <\/span>new<\/span> feature<\/span> allows<\/span> users<\/span> to <\/span>create<\/span> up<\/span> to <\/span>five<\/span> custom<\/span> folders<\/span>, in <\/span>addition<\/span> to an ‘<\/span>All<\/span>‘ <\/span>tab<\/span> which<\/span> automatically<\/span> includes<\/span> all<\/span> other<\/span> chats<\/span>. <\/span>For<\/span> example<\/span>, <\/span>users<\/span> can <\/span>create<\/span> a <\/span>folder<\/span> for<\/span> work<\/span>, <\/span>friends<\/span>, <\/span>family<\/span>, <\/span>or<\/span> favorites<\/span>. <\/span>Chats<\/span> can <\/span>even<\/span> be <\/span>assigned<\/span> to <\/span>multiple<\/span> folders<\/span>, <\/span>and<\/span> there<\/span> is<\/span> no <\/span>limit<\/span> to the <\/span>number<\/span> of<\/span> chats<\/span> that<\/span> can be <\/span>added<\/span>. <\/span>Users<\/span> can <\/span>also<\/span> rename<\/span> folders<\/span> or<\/span> mark<\/span> all<\/span> chats<\/span> within<\/span> folders<\/span> as<\/span> read<\/span> making<\/span> it<\/span> easier<\/span> to <\/span>categorize<\/span> and<\/span> streamline<\/span> their<\/span> communications<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>unread<\/span> badge<\/span> with<\/span> a <\/span>number<\/span> on<\/span> top<\/span> of<\/span> each<\/span> folder<\/span> indicates<\/span> the <\/span>number<\/span> of<\/span> unread<\/span> chats<\/span> within<\/span> that<\/span> folder<\/span>. <\/span>All<\/span> one-on-one<\/span> chats<\/span>, <\/span>group<\/span> chats<\/span>, <\/span>channels<\/span>, <\/span>and<\/span> communities<\/span> can be <\/span>added<\/span> to <\/span>these<\/span> custom<\/span> folders<\/span>. <\/span>Certain<\/span> exclusions<\/span> apply<\/span>, <\/span>as<\/span> hidden<\/span> chats<\/span>, <\/span>messages<\/span> from<\/span> Viber<\/span> Pay<\/span>, <\/span>businesses<\/span>, <\/span>and<\/span> customer<\/span> interactions<\/span> cannot<\/span> be <\/span>included<\/span> in <\/span>these<\/span> folders<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
