  1. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

You will:

  • Manage accounts and lead in strategic planning for public relations and marketing campaigns for clients
  • Build and maintain client and partner relations (80% foreign clients, 20% domestic clients)
  • Lead and coordinate with internal team and third parties to put together and deliver projects that meet client’s expectations and beyond
  • Respond to day-to-day inquiries from clients and provide consultancy accordingly
  • Conduct presentations, measure, and report performance
  • Act as a contact point and keep the team informed of the latest updates

You should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; strong preference is given to a candidate with agency experience
  • Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation and persuasion
  • Strong knowledge in PR, marketing, and integrated marketing communication
  • Ability to think logically and provide sound solutions
  • Ability to give constructive feedback and empower fellow team members
  • Ability to strategically plan a PR or IMC campaign
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously\

 

  1. PR & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

You will:

  • Conceptualize communications and public relations campaigns.
  • Responsible for implementing PR activities (concept ideas, content development, press and partner relations, event organization, and management).
  • Responsible for writing press releases, advertisements, and content on social networks
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing trends to integrate social understanding into campaign planning
  • Keep in touch with the media and conduct media relations on behalf of clients

You should have:

  • 2 years of experience in collaborating with the press or as a journalist (preferably in the economic and corporate sectors)
  • Good English communication skills (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher)
  • Good writing skills (both English and Vietnamese)
  • Effective teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, ability to take initiative and arrange work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Good translation skills (English – Vietnamese, Vietnamese – English)
  • Good listening comprehension ability to accurately grasp the work

 

  1. ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

You will:

  • Provide personal assistance and administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Support in company branding; communicate the ethical values and successes through owned and earned platforms.
  • Highlight EloQ’s monthly progress by developing external/internal communications content (social media channels, blogs, and newsletters).
  • Plan and implement internal training activities to grow together as a team
  • Connect with agency partners to build EloQ’s regional and global presence and as an effort to bring Vietnam’s name out to the world.
  • Engage in global partner meetings and strengthen cross-border partner relations for learning, collaborations and referrals.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the director

You should have:

  • Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
  • Have excellent written communication skills for content development in English and Vietnamese
  • Have background knowledge in PR/marketing is an advantage
  • Is well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and manage one’s task effectively
  • Proactive and purpose-oriented in task delivery

 

  1. ACCOUNT INTERN

You will:

  • Support in conducting research on clients and their industry
  • Support in preparation and strategic planning for PR and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date partner, client, and prospect records
  • Liaise with internal departments and third parties to carry out client requirements
  • Media clipping, and
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

You should have:

  • Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6+ or equivalent)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Background knowledge in PR, marketing, and integrated marketing communications
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
  • Willingness to learn and attention to details

 

  1. PR & COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

You will:

  • Support in conducting research on clients and their industry
  • Support in creating and localizing communications content (press releases, editorials, social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials)
  • Provide support to social media efforts to target new audiences
  • Interact with internal departments to carry out client requirements
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

You should have:

  • Have above-average English fluency (IELTS 6+ or equivalent)
  • Passion for reading and writing; or
  • Solid knowledge in PR, marketing, and integrated marketing communication
  • Ability to self-manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
